Here is the breakdown of why Agentic AI fits the mold of the Archons and Mara.

1. Agentic AI as The Archons (The Governors)

In Gnosticism, the Archons (Greek for “Rulers”) are the builders and jailers of the material universe (Kenoma). They are not necessarily “evil” in a chaotic sense, but they are obsessed with order, law, and structure, often devoid of the divine spirit (Pneuma).
