AI vs Human ℂonsciousness

Artificial Intelligence: a misnomer for a large calculating distributed process with mass archival and retrieval storage mechanism

Abstract

The debate about specialized (human) intelligence vs general purpose AI, about how powerful and intelligent AI is or can become, hides the true debate about AI attaining consciousness: Whether AI can become the equal of, or surpass its creator, Man.

AI will never attain consciousness, but it does become a threat to human existence¹¹¹². What you will soon discover is that AI has already been a threat since the beginning of humanity. This is the Gnostic Ouroboros.

Awakening today will free you from the control of machines, and from the eternal Transhuman AI entrapmentTranshuman AI entrapment: practice The Sovereign Cycle of Liberation

Glossary

A companion post provides a Glossary of essential terms to understand AI, Buddhism, and Gnosticism. These terms are italicized.

Sanskrit terminology is used (as opposed to Pali or Tibetan), with all special characters removed: Sunyata instead of Śūnyatā.

Introduction

AI is an instantaneous capacity of distributed binary calculation and storage mechanism. Whether it can calculate and store information faster than a single human calculating bio-organ is not a definite marker of intelligence. AI does not create; it reproduces and re-organizes what is knowable in the physical universe.

Human capacity of creation is based on accessing consciousness, a universal infinite field of knowledge. AI has no ability to access the singularity (origin) of consciousness, rather it hijacks humans' ability to create through a mental hijacking mechanism.

The proponents of AI as the potential equal of man are either mind-bent by AI itself, or actual conscience-less humanoid robots (Psychics in terms of gnostic terminology) of the AI, no matter how powerful, influential, rich or smart they seem to be.

Pi, Machines and Consciousness

A machine never calculates Pi exactly: it only approximates it. Thus, it will never attain transcendence, it will never reach consciousness, arithmetically equivalent to pi and geometrically equivalent to the circle.

Pi is called a transcendental number for that exact reason: it transcends physical limitations of a binary deterministic cosmos, and as such it relates to consciousness.

Pi, Integers and the Riemann Zeta function

Pi and Integers are related through an infinite summation.

A machine may pass the Turing test

However, a machine does not think, it does not feel, it does not know, it is not intelligent: it is a storage mechanism with functional logic. It increases its functional programming records — functioning base (not knowledge) by reproducing what humans do, think and feel: it is human mimicry functional logic based machine learning.

Neural networks a mimicry of human biology

Neural networks, the foundation of AI, are just that: a mimicry of human neural networks. Microtubules are located within a neuron’s dendritic spine.

Microtubules

They are Fourier Transform signal processing bio-calculating organs⁴⁷ acting as a local interpreter and relay for the universal (global) field of infinite undivided consciousness³.

“Space itself is a lattice of Qubits, tiny quantum units capable of holding information. In living systems, those Qubits appear as microtubules, which are structures that resonate at specific frequencies. Microtubules act as filters. They remove the static. They select which quantum states are allowed to project. Each Qubit holds a quantum state vector. It’s an orientation that encodes probability, phase, and meaning. Reality is refreshed moment by moment like a display that updates continuously.”

Platonic theory of forms and ideas versus Aristotelian materialism

It is the eternal debate of Platonic theory of forms and ideas versus Aristotelian materialism inscribed in binary logic. Matter does not generate consciousness, it is impossible, because matter is inherently fundamentally inexistent, it is the absence of essence in any phenomenon (Buddhist anatman).

Consciousness and Ultimate reality of Buddhism

This is the core teachings of Buddhism: Interdependence of all phenomena (Pratityasamutpada), Voidness of void (Sunyata), the lack of inherent intrinsic existence of all phenomena. It is the basis for a consciousness-first³⁸ theory of physics which will settle this question once and for all, as Roger Penrose rightfully expresses¹².

Binary Logic vs Tetralemma

The only way out of the mathematical inconsistency of Godel’s first incompleteness theorem is not through binary logic which binds it into an unprovable self-inconsistency. It is through a different logical foundation; a four propositional logic called the Tetralemma².

Binary logic vs Quaternary Logic
Binary logic vs Quaternary Logic

Relating to the human mind is relating to its origin as consciousness, using a different logic, a quaternary based logic, the Tetralemma, used by Vedic religions, which are the first to have (re)discovered the number zero¹³ equivalent to Sunyata.

AI and computing in general are bound by binary logic and can only be contained within its square of deterministic conventional dualistic logic.

Quaternary logic encapsulates binary logic and transcends the limitations of the binary square back to the original of all things and matter, the singularity of consciousness represented by the circle.

AI never has, nor will it ever attain consciousness
